What You’ll Do:

Senior Loan Processor

 At Kwik Mortgage, we know that our success comes from our people. That’s why we are seeking an ambitious Senior Loan Processor who is eager to grow their career toward Conventional and FHA Underwriting.

Position Summary

As a Senior Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring loan files are accurately reviewed, documented, and moved efficiently through the mortgage process. You’ll partner closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Processing staff to maintain compliance, meet deadlines, and deliver an exceptional borrower experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review approved loan conditions and clear them promptly.
  • Analyze credit reports and order necessary mortgage credit supplements.
  • Verify employment by ordering and reviewing all VOEs.
  • Review personal and business tax returns for accuracy.
  • Run loans through DU and LP; update Encompass with findings.
  • Order and upload 4506 transcripts, SSA verifications, flood certifications, and other required documents.
  • Ensure address accuracy through USPS and update Encompass accordingly.
  • Complete and upload LDP/GSA checks, Geo Codes, and all compliance items.
  • Track pipeline to ensure all loans meet scheduled closing dates.
  • Support processing staff with overflow tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of residential loan processing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Conventional and FHA loan products.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work well with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage software systems (experience with Encompass preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

We offer a full range of mortgage products and are looking for a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our Parsippany, NJ office.
Position Summary

The Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant will provide direct support to Loan Officers to ensure a smooth, efficient loan process from application through closing. This role is in-office and ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Loan Officers with managing loan files, including gathering and reviewing borrower documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and submit loan applications across all mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.).
  • Maintain communication with clients, Loan Officers, processors, underwriters, and closing staff.
  • Track loan pipeline and update status to ensure timely closings.
  • Organize client files and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and client follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in mortgage lending, processing, or financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency with mortgage software systems and MS Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
