Property must not have any non-permitted improvements and must appraise at or above the sale price.
Preliminary title work, CO, Survey should be rec’d within 15 days of initial application and all parties must be willing to schedule the closing at our requested time.
Closing dates must be at least 18 days and the guarantee applies towards the readiness from Kwik Mortgage.
A delay by client or any 3rd party scheduling conflict voids the guarantee.

In the unlikely situation where we miss the mark, we’ll make good by presenting a $1,000 credit back to your account.
